I'm shooting at 1080pa and recording the audio on a seperate system at 48Khz. Now when I being the 1080pa files into FCP, I have to do a reverse telecine to them in order to get it to 24fps. I notice that changes the audio as well to 48048hz. The problem is I have the actual seperate as 48Khz. How do I change that to 48048?

Why are you going to 24 and not 23.96? Unless you plan on filming out there is no reason to have your footage at a true 24 frame and a lot of good reasons not to.

Actually to answer you.
You can go into an audio program like Peak and SR convert the files if needed BUT if this is a video project you should be working at video speed which is 23.96 not 24 and your audio should be at 48.
