Hey guys, I am working in a 24p environment / 16:9 (anamorphic) most of my documentary footage was shot in squeeze mode BUT I have some footage that was shot in 4:3 and I want to know what is the best way to uprez that footage if I want it to fit the frame.

Forgive me if this has already been asked - I read another really long thread that suggested Photozoom 2, but I have had a few issues (i dont think I quite understand the instructions correctly) - also, somebody mentioned the possibility of doing this through Instant HD ....

Any thoughts / experience?

Thanks in advance!

if your just working with standard def 24p stuff you can just put the 4x3 into the anamorphic timeline and scale it up to fit the frame.

Thanks alot! Very helpful. Also - I'm wondering if there is any way to uprezz the 4:3 footage so that I will have a better resolution than if I was just scaling through FCP. I have read quite a bit stuff on the forum about Photozoom 2 an dInstant HD and I am wondering if anyone has any thoughts/experience on those...

thanks!
