Get slight horizontal scanlines with exported After Effects footage in Premiere Pro

Hi, just had a question about footage I export from After Effects 6.5.

I'm editing a project in Premiere Pro 1.5 in a 29.97fps Lower Fields Timeline. I export the footage with Lower Fields 29.97fps. Bring it into AE 6.5, apply my effects. Export it as a DV/DVCPRO - NTSC at full quality at 29.97 fps.

When i bring the footage back to Premiere Pro and drop it on the timeline it's fine. But as soon as i apply any effects, color correction, or speed up the clip, after rendering i get slight horizontal scanlines across the frame, very slight, but still annoying. Is their anything i'm doing wrong. Is After Effects deinterlacing my footage?

How can i get rid of this problem?
Thanks allot guys.

whats up with the whole recompressing of footage when u want to export things, it seems to me that as long you are exporting using a dv setting you dont want to recompress?

by the way pookie you are a monster, how do u have so many posts since 2004?

Thanks for the response guys. Hey pookie, I'm not sure if I'm exporting using the "don't recompress option"

The problem i think is that I'm working on an interlaced timeline in Premiere and the footage i get from After Effects is being deinterlaced. So Premiere tries to make that deinterlaced footage interlaced. So now my question is, how do i export from AE and keep it from deinterlacing my footage?

Thanks guys.
