Get 10-bit in Premiere and Photoshop - why not working?

Hi there,

I'm trying to get 10-bit within Photoshop/Premiere, though it doesn't seem to work (tested, with this ramp:*https://www.google.ch/webhp?sourceid=chrome-instant&ion=1&espv=2&ie=UTF-8#q=10 bit test ramp.psd)

I have an Asus PA 279Q which should be able to output 10bit. In the system preferences of Nvidia I choose 10-bit (I have a GTX 770 4 GB), see pic. Withing Photoshop I enabled 30-bit under performance,*I still see banding! Any Ideas what I'm doing wrong?

I think you need an Nvidia Quadro graphics card to get 10-bit.

...but quite some people get 10-bit out of GTX cards...that seems to have been enabled for a while.

For 10 bit video performance you would be much better off using something like a Decklink card.
