ha, my buddy's grandpa directed the ewok adventure. i remember seeing it when i was little thinking it was cool cause i was way psyched on ewoks, but then again i was like 6 or something

Green screen and CGI was the end of Lucas...He was never known as being a great director of actors, but the reality of the environments in his earlier films helped the actors create more convincing performances, because they were playing off real people and settings. Once he stranded his actors in green screen limbo, his inability to inspire a performance became glaringly obvious. And he also surrounded himself with too many "yes men" who were afraid to tell him his new scripts sucked.
