Gel Reccomendation

Does anyone know of some good colorful gels to buy?

I am shooting a commercial and want to splash some nice blues and reds around to spice it up a bit, but I am having trouble finding a good selection on B&H. This is as close as I can find: http://www.bhphotovideo.com/bnh/con...s&Q=&sku=304683&is=REG&addedTroughType=search

Get one of these and figure out what you really want to buy:

Then order from BH or Mole or Roscoe directly, or go to your local DJ supply/theatrical lighting/live music equipment store and see if they carry anything.

Other than "party gels", I would suggest getting some sheets of diffusion and some full CTB.

You're the man! I was at B&H trying to explain to them what I was looking for. All I got was blank stares. Now I can go back with a product code.

Yeah, get the swatches, find what you want. If you're going for splashes of color on a background, I wouldn't go for the CTB. Choose a stronger blue - a party gel rather than a color correct.

I advised to get the party gels *and* some CTB and diffusion.

That's gonna come in much handier in the future or near future....

I ordered a variety gel pack from B&H as well as a "party" type DJ pack from Musicians Friend. I will post some video when it is done!
