Garden State

Re: Garden State

this must be what 4th or 5th thread on Garden State?

wow.. the hype is really getting this film success.

Re: Garden State

I've seen this movie twice already. I might end up seeing it again, I kinda wanna check out Hero tho. But this is a great movie if you can put up with a love story. The sountrack for this movie is sooo good. Each song fits each scene so perfectly its unbelieveable.

Re: Garden State

Is this something like Eternal Sunshine ?
I haven't seen either one. These films work great with the ladies i bet.

Re: Garden State

no It's not really anything like ESOTSM. That movie was a lot more messed up. GS is a lot more straight forward and realistic.

Re: Garden State

I actually feel like the trailer was more intresting than the movie. I felt that something was missing- just like two degrees off the mark for me. Great first attempt for Zach Braff and Portman saves most of the scenes. Just didnt feel engulfed with the movie.

Re: Garden State

Dude..I felt the same way. I mean I liked the movie..but it did seem like there was something missing. It's strange.

Re: Garden State

i think in a way the director wanted you to feel like something was missing, well at least until the very end.
