Hi
I don't see how to delete duplicate loops in GB. When I click on a loop, delete is grayed out in 'Edit'.
I also can't find multiple entries in Finder. Since the Library isn't indexed, I went in, found each pack and, of loops I checked, found no duplicates (across packs). For instance, 70s Rock Piano 01, from GarageBand Jam Pack 1, is listed 3 times but I can't find it anywhere but in the GarageBand Jam Pack 1.
Any ideas or suggestions? Dump prefs?
I wonder if moving them, reindexing and then moving back would help? And how does one compel a reindexing?
Reinstalling GB and the jam packs may be my only alternative.
