gah, what? weird stretching + crazy render issues....(help! deadline!)

So I was trying to smooth out some shaky footage. Loaded up a 5 second 1080 25p .mov file and did the whole tracking point/stabilize motion thing. It seemed to track my point fine, but for the first two seconds of the shot, it also appears to be STRECHING the footage slightly vertically. The tracking point remains in the same exact spot, but the footage is visibly being stretched vertically (NOT moved up and down, which would be normal obviously).

So, I think, WTF. I run through the steps a couple times, but still getting the same issue. So, I figure I will upload it to DVXuser so people can see what I'm talking about. Render it at the composition's current settings (1080 25p, best settings, lossless) and it comes out to OVER 500 MB. For a five second quicktime file. WTF. The video file also appears to be really jumpy but that could just be my old, RAM-lackin' computer. There also appears to be no sound, although that doesn't really matter as it's just a b-roll clip and I won't be using the sound anyway.

I turned the render settings down to "current settings" and "Quicktime DV PAL 48khz", and that output a file small enough to upload, although it's not anamorphic so it looks squished. But if you can, watch the video, you'll see exactly what I mean about the stretching that was caused by the motion stabilizer.

EDIT: Forgot to mention, the password to watch that video is "dvxuser"

I have tried this with like 7 different tracking points and I get the same result every time. What is going on here?

The footage was shot on a Canon DSLR with a 50mm lens. Sadly, that lens doesn't have IS, and I couldn't really bring a tripod into the grocery store...not sure what to do about this, though....thoughts?

If you have a access to The Foundry Rolling Shutter Plugin for After Effects, try it!
Sadly, i don´t know why? but cannot download your video posted in Vimeo to try for myself.

Keep us inform
