I have a true 24fps file that I am trying to convert to 23.976 (23.98) frames per second - I know this is possible because I did it all the time in Vegas, but I can't figure out where to do it in FCP. I see the speed, but it doesn't let me type in a new FPS.
Essentially I just want to play each field at the new speed, instead of the encoded 24fps.
