FYI: $250,000.00 Grants Available

In case anyone out there is looking for some production moolah...

I've been digging up funding sources, where cold hard cash is available. These are for Canadian content mixing new media with broadcast, however, co-production between Canadians and folks in other countries is also recognized.

I'm applying for two of these so far plus the broadcasters extra for a total of $600,000.00. ( 250K + 50Kbroadcasters) x 2

You can find detailed information at:

Hey Craig,

I think that the Bell Fund will only trigger the new media/mixed media financing once the broadcast license is in place. As the producer would you also have to defer a portion equal to their contribution?

Let me know how it goes?

The broadcaster can get $50,000 separate from the $250K. So when you work with the broadcaster, (its their license not yours) you don't necessarily shell out from your part of the funds.
