Last year had a camera that had banding issues luckily it was under warranty. Is this still under warranty?

I'm in Europe.

When I lower the shutter speed, the banding is less visible, and it completely dissapears when I set the framerate to 50 or 100 fps.

But lower it from what? It's best to be as detailed as possible...

If your shutter was very high in one of these tests and you kept lowering it (and the lines and noise were less and less visible) and you eventually hit 1/50 at 50fps or 100fps and it all completely disappeared then that's exactly what should happen because Europe is 50Hz (most of it).
