FX1 film back for BOUJOU

I need to know film back (or ccd size) of FX1 for tracking in boujou. I've find out that diagonal of ccd is 6mm, if ccd is 16x9, ccd size should be 5.22945 x 2.94157 mm. But that not work very well in boujou.
Also I'd like to know what focal length should I write in boujou: focal lenghth whitch is on camera (4.5 - 54 mm) or Equivalent 35mm focal length (32.5 - 390) mm ?

man, I have'nt used Boujou, but I have used Syntheyes and PFTrack, you don't have to tell it the image size and I've got perfect tracks with them.

Very interesting, I also want to find the film back for the HVX200 with boujou.
The mm in the boujou are HVX200 mm or Film cameras mm and how can we translate HVX200 mm to match Film mm's
