Fuzzy Export in MPEG4

I have been exporting with MPEG4 in Sony Vegas 8 Pro and have been having results that really make the image go from crisp and clean to a fuzzy look. I was wondering if anyone had this problem or could help comment...

Because you used low resolution export: 320x240 , at least that's what the vimeo video was

What were your project settings and render settings ?

I don't remember my settings but you are most likely right and that is what is going on there. I am away from my main computer so I can't get specific output details. What is a standard for quality output?
