Fuses for Britek G-300 (also bulb/lamp advice)

Hate to admit it, but I have no idea what type of fuses I should have handy for my Britek G-300 lights. I use 300w lamps and the light housing says something about 2.5 amps for those lamps. Is that what I should buy in the way of fuses? I have NO CLUE what I'm doing in this regard (electronics idiot) - thanks for any help.

Also, I've done searches on this site for globe suppliers and found a few suggestions, but would appreciate any advice there, as well. I've found some sites with prices as low as $7.50 for 300hr. bulbs - should I be leery of super cheapos? Also, is there a noticeable difference between bulbs with temps of 3100K or 3400K rather than the standard 3200K? Obviously, I can manually white balance (which I usually do), but just for the sake of curiousity - would there be a noticeable difference if I used a 34K light with the DVX balance set to 32K?

fuses - i would get a couple of extra amps then the light needs and you will prob be ok - the fuse will blow on a spike then but wont blow too easily.

As for color temp - 200K will not matter at all - between the lamp, the glass in front of the light, gels, light bouncing off of walls, practicals etc - you will have light that is not exactly 3200 anyway - and noone will notice - lamps start to change color temp as they are used also

hope this helps

Thanks, smelni! I didn't notice at first the writing on the fuse in my light. It says F3AL 220V. Obviously 3 amps and 220 volts. Does the "F" or "AL" classification matter? I've found other fuses with this ampage at 250V (I know the voltage is fine so long as it's larger than needed), but what do the "F" and the "AL" stand for? I can't find anything online with those specs/letters. Thanks again.
