Steve Martin in Planes,Trains and Automobiles at the car rental desk "complaining" about his missing car.

A scene in Charlie Chaplin's "Modern Times" where he is chosen to demonstrate a new automatic feeding machine by the factory owner. ;D

It's probably not the funniest scene ever filmed, but I think its one of the more recent ones. When Will Ferrel shoots himself in the neck with the dart gun in Old School.

ok, this ones bad, but it made me crack up...

in Don't Be a Menace to South Central While Drinkin Your Juice in the Hood...the scene in the asian liquor store when the the wayans bros are tryin to buy some stuff, and the asian lady keeps popin up all over the place goin "hurry up and buy!".

I am surprised no one has mentioned any scene from Kingpin
or any Farrely Brothers film for that matter.

Axe Murderer was great too.

For me right now the funniest scene is in Along came Polly when P.S. hoffman has to leave a party because he sharted, half ****, half fart. That guy is great.

1. Almost every scene in Clockwork Orange is hilarious.

2. The scene in Taxi Driver when Martin Scorsese asks Robert De Niro if he knows what a .44 Mag will do to a woman's P***Y. That was f**kin hysterical.

How about most of the scenes with Lex Luthor, Otis and Ms. TESCHMACHER in the first Superman film.

Also the scene when Bruce Willis first goes into the crazy hospital with Brad Pitt in 12 monkeys. Pitt was funny as hell in that scene! GET OUTTA MY CHAIR!
