Full screen preview?

This is a ridiculously simple question:

How do i get full screen preview in FCP? I am using a single 30 inch monitor (no preview monitor).

i know this is unrelated but can I ask you what monitor you are using and how you like it? I am looking for a 30in

Quickest way - option + f12 (refresh displays), command + f12 (all frames to external display). As Adkimery said, make sure in the view menu, digital cinema desktop is checked off (either preview or full screem).
