Full Resoution EXPORT

File->Export->Quicktime Movie (check Make Movie Self Contained).

From what I understand that should get you an uncompressed quicktime file.

If you're exporting to full quality from a 23.98 timeline which I assume you are if you're shooting 24pa wouldn't you change your setting to export as DV NTSC 48Khz 23.98? Or does FCP know you're exporting a 23.98 timeline and automatically change your settings?

No you are adding a dv compression to it. when you use DV. If you want a full uncompressed quicktime. You have to go into the setting and under codec select uncompressed or none for the codec. I would just use 8bit but 10bit is there as well

Go Animation Codec its virtually losless and no different to Loseless except maybe the file size is smaller.

Agreed, go with animation codec as per Mr Raeburns comments.
