FS100 Unmount Issue

Hi,
We have an FS100 and mac osx. The FS100 was unplugged from firewire instead of unmounting (by dragging to the trash).
Now the unit will not power up, mount or function in any way. We have tried re-booting, removing the battery, etc.
Does anyone have any ideas, or does this need to go back to Focus?

I just sent you a private message about it. Basically, you may need to do a Factory Reset.
