Fs100 & P.P cs3

Question for premiere users.

Im comming from and avid/fcp background, did some work with adobes premire pro about 3 years ago, wasnt fond of it. I am on pc now so fcp is outta question. I am running the hvx200, fs100, and various p2 cards. I am tired of avid and there b.s., dont feal like shellin out for a discreet system either so,

My question is:

how is the compatability between the fs100 and PP CS3 (does it really, seemlessy use .mxf files nativley without having to recode them into some other format, as described by adobe)?

I did search and found nothing on this correlation.

Thanks....

Yes, absolutely handles mxf file natively.

IMHO : CS3 (AEFX, Premiere) deals with mxf superbly and in a vastly superior manner to FCP (ie. no Log and Transfer B.S) Simply Drag and Drop or Import. with no intermediate files and no HD space wasteage.

As regards FS100. Thats a hardware issue and nothing to do with Premiere but if you can get the P2 Contents to a Hard drive...its the simplest of matters to drag the mxf files form the Content/Video folder to the Project Bin

Hope you enjoy using it as much as I do.

(I have both Premiere and FCP but the latter does not even rate for me and my workflow)
