FS-4 to FCP Workflow Problem

Hey Guys I posted this in another spot but got no responses, figured I'd try my luck here.

Hey everyone I'm hoping someone can help out with this issue. I recorded footage at 24Pa to my FS-4 using my DVX-100b. I've transferred the .mov files onto my video drive but when I import them to FCP message I get an error message saying "files not optimized...". I have set my sequence for 24 fps and the clips dont need rendering when dropped onto the timeline, but I still get the error. Any ideas why and/or if it's a problem. Do I just ignore it?

4.5, Same as you I believe. Everything seems to look fine but I get that message, so something has got to be wrong.
 
I am really new to FCP myself, and I have also received that message using version 6. From what I gather, the message will come up if the media was captured with a different codec than what Quicktime uses. It comes up all the time for me for anything from my firestore, but I have no problems using it and everything worked fine.

So you might not have anything to worry about.
