fs-100 and audio problem

i have recently encountered problems when i import to final cut pro, the audio on some clips is missing just on the last 2 secs of each clip now i know this is not final cut pro ,this has just happened since i did the firmware upgrade on the fs-100 to give me thumbnails it is as if the last 2 secs sound corrupted
the unit has worked well until now any ideas?
 
Can you tell us what modes both the HVX and FS-100 were set to you when you saw this issue? (frame rate, record mode etc.).

I had a similar problem this past weekend. I thought it was a post-roll issue and hadn't had the time to evaluate it thoroughly.

Both the camera and the FS-100 were set up to shoot in 720p60. The FS-100 had the record-ahead cache turned "on" with a 6-second buffer.

As an aside, it was the first time I shot with a record-ahead buffer which meant getting a lot of shots with up to six seconds of feet and shaky-cam at the start of each clip :-)
