frustrations rising AT4073a wireless

ok, i here's what i want. I want the "Location Sound package" http://dvestore.com/products/sound.html#loc

except i want the mic to be the AT4073a - the me66 is surprised me as to how bad it was.

i mean, do i have to buy a pre-amp to run phantom power to it before it goes wireless?

the reason i need wireless is when i do location sound, i'm all over the place.

I could order everything, including the AT4073a and just run it wired. But using the wireless for "house" PA systems wherever i go.
Currently this will be my solution, is this ok?

you can buy g-2 500 bat plug which have phantom or buy in line phantom supply ( this is not pre at all - it doesn't amplify the signal) , the good ones come with attenuation and high pass filter
psc make one nice http://www.professionalsound.com/Catalog/unips.htm
the denecke is also good ( it has -15db internal setting), no high pass http://www.trewaudio.com/catalog/items/item449.htm
sennheiser make one 2 MZA14 but its about 400$ , not worth the money.

of course you can go for mm-1 or mp-1 from sound devices , the benefit it is a preamp and you can run your mike long way over ac lines , for proper use you will need insert pad to your transmitter ( 20 db for line - or 40 for mike )
or psc dvmix 1 - which maybe the best bang for the buck for this aplication , no need for pad , it has mike output .

i reckon thats ok... you could always get a rode ntg-2 for when you have to have to go wireless... they a good mic and besides, wireless will probably make the 4073 SOUND like a worse mic anyway...

depends on transmitter , i work with schoeps and simillar without any significant problems , of course the wire is always better solution but in some cases you go with wireless since you dont have any other way , by the way Marc Ulano ( KillBill,Titanic ...Oscar;-) GO WIERLESS FOR EVERY SHOT ( AudioLtd).
and between buy additional ntg 2 or pick minimix-1 from psc I'll definitely go with the second
