Frozen footage problem. Help please!

Hey guys I am having a problem in AE where the footage I am using starts to show only one frame for each piece of footage when scrubbing through the timeline and then does the same thing when I try to render. The footage is stored on a 1TB external drive with Firewire 800. The footage is HD from the HVX200. I would like to just render out what I have and move to FCP but I can't get it to render properly. I have tried setting the render to purge every 50 frames and setting low res proxies for all footage but nothing yet.

Any ideas would be appreciated.

Are you using Raylight? Raylight had a bug that did that but was fixed in the september patch.
Just grab the latest version and reprocess the avis from the mxfs again.

If you aren't using raylight... I dunno.
 
Not using raylight. Must be something else. I salvaged what I could and moved into FCP to put it back together. Thanks anyway.
