From Point A to Point B

HEy guys,

I got a real doozy for apple here. Is there a way where I can drag a file from my hard drive to a blank DVD in my imac G4?
Theres no blank DVD icon popping anyway and in windows, all I need to do is drag and drop.

Plz dont tell me I have to buy a separate software, if thats so... screw APPLE! god I wish I can curse here

I take it you have a superdrive. Silly question, but the first one. In idvd not only can you make fancy dvds, but you can burn files as well. There is a part that gives you that option. Been awhile since I have opened up the program. But the option is there. But you may want to get your hands on Toast. It is simple to use and rock solid.
