From fcp 5 to 4.5??

Is there a way to export a project from fcp 5 so we can open it with fcp 4.5??

ok, when i try to do this its asking me: apple xml interchange format, version 2 or 1?? wich one should i use?? Its the first time im using this i have no idea how its working... sorry...

after i do that i just have to import the xml file in final cut pro 4.5 and then choose reconnect media ect... and it should be working in 4.5?

It was my understanding that this wasn't possible. If you figure a way to do it, let me know. I have the same problem.

I also received advice on another board that you could only go from 4.5 -> 5, and not the other way around.
 
Yu won't be able to take a pure project file and open it in a previous version but basic cut and tiem code information shoudl be passable with xml.
