Freshdv setup?

I have been planning a event for a client in a hotel room (a small and simple seminar), and I noticed Freshdv had some nice curtains behind the subjects
was wondering 1 how did they get the light to hit the curtains in such a subtle way is it up and just barely touching the curtains or is it something else?

Lastly where can I get curtains/backdrops like the ones seen here:

Hey There,
This setup was a single 1K with Theatrical blue raking the tops of the folds from the hard L side. Side light brings out texture by hitting the tops of something but not filling the shadows and holes. You can vary how much you see by moving the light further away and closer to the curtain.

Where would I go to find this blue racking (I already have 1k thankfully).

Theatrical blue Gel could be purchased from FilmTools.com Raking refers to the angle of the light, coming from a hard angle to one side. Alternately you oculd just double up some CTB gel.

I assume this is a regular muslin cloth?
