Frequency options

I'm buying the Sennheiser Evolution G2 wireless lavalier. There are three frequency options:

518-554MHz
626-662MHz
740-776MHz

How do I know which one to get?

That depends greatly on the area you intend to use them. Lectrosonics has a great TV station frequency chart on their website that gives different areas and their RF usage organized by city. That's a good place to start at least. You should get the frequency block that has the fewest and farthest away digital stations. Digital TV stations interfere much more than analog ones.

Looks like for Greater Boston the 740-776MHz is best. Right?

This looks like the same place you are already looking at -- it's a good reference chart. I found myself in the same situation but where I am (near Pittsburgh, PA) even though some of the frequencies are used, there are still enough not used that will work. The block you are looking at looks fine to me.

i have the c block in Boston, work great. You can buy them from Talamas in newton instead of B&H.
