Freeze frame

Does anyone know how to do a FREEZE FRAME in VEGAS 5.0?

I'm sure it's pretty easy, but I haven't figured it out yet.

You can also copy a frame to the clipboard, and past it where you want the freeze frame, then adjust its play time as desired.
 
set it to 3%, you get a very cool effect. I usually do 3% but don't leave it like that for more than5 seconds. It can work well fr movie trailers.
