why is it that when I use a freeze frame, it looks good on the monitor while I'm in FCP, but when I watch it on a DVD, it shakes or stutters on the frozen frame???
are you working with interlaced footage? If so, you could have made a freeze frame of an interlaced frame. I can use the de-interlace filter under video filters->video->de-interlace. That should stop the flickering
