freelancing for another company, give them a better rate?

Hi,

I'm a freelance videographer/editor with my own company and had a meeting with a company that does industrial videos. They are looking for a contract shooter/editor but I'm unsure what to charge as it may be using there gear. They asked me what my rate was, and didn't put an offer up. I also told them that I may be able to give them a better rate than my usual 500/900 (half day/full) since they would be the ones scoring the gigs for me, and im sure they will keep me reasonably busy as well.

Any recommendations on a rate for a shooter without gear, and a rate for half day/full day if it's them doing the marketing and getting me gigs. Keep in mind I will still be invoicing them through my LLC so I will still have to pay all of the company tax, source deductions etc.

Any thoughts?

How much more work than usual will it be?
WHat's the minimum to make it worth your time?
How much experience do you have
What kind experience will it give you
