Just testing the waters. Can I please have a show of hands from those who would gladly avail themselves of free vfx/post or title design work for their current or upcoming projects?
I've got the next twelve months free to do with as I please. I'm in the process of retraining as a vfx artist (presently a vidya gaem 3d artist/animator). I would like to spend this time productively, and a project along the lines of '100 free vfx shots' would certainly keep me busy.
My original training was in vfx, so I'm not starting from scratch. I'm happy to take a stab at pretty much anything. Compositing, matchmoving, digital makeup, matte painting/projection, roto/paint, plate cleanup, gui design, impacts, whatever. I own licences for all the necessary software, and have access to a render farm.
Please let me know if you'd be interested, and if so, what kind of shots you're looking for. If there's sufficient interest I'll get a thread started to organise requests.
