FREE - Multi-Cam editing with FCP

I came across this AWSOME program this morning - it will let you edit upto 4 cameras at a time with FCP, and it is FREE. (Your other option is Multicam Lite, which will do 3 cameras and costs $295)

This is a great program for anyone who does a lot of multicamera editing, now you can see all of the tracks at the same time!
 
Yes, I've been using it since it originally was released. Once you get the hang of it, it really rocks.
 
Rumor has it we'll get something like this integrated into FCP 5. Perhaps next month at NAB.
 
That would be awsome if FCP 5 includes it into the app, but you can't beat the price of FREE for Live Cut right now.
 
Cool app and it's written in Max. Rad. I opened it up and dove right in not reading any documents, don't know if there are any, but just wanted to test it out. So dropped 4 random clips in and bam they all play smoothly (Dual 867 G4, Radeon 9000, ext. fw) I tried to move some things around but couldn't figure out what you can really do to sync things. I mean should you be able to slide a clip around in order to sync it up? I need to play with it more. Sorry for my useless rambling. I'm stoked on the app though lets keep this thread going. :shocked:
 
check out the web site - there is a section on how to use the app and slide everything into sync. I agree it is a great app!
