Free MKV converter?

Hey guys,

I was very happy with Freemake Video Converter. It's free, it's super simple and it does the trick...then I accepted the latest update and now whenever I export a video it show FREEMAKE at the end of the video and I cannot have that. What are other alternatives out there?
 
I downgraded to the older version of Freemake ( 3.1.2 ) .. Since it is using the multiple cores of my processor..possible also CUDA.. and it features Dinamic menu for free .. I am satisfied with it..
The only thing I would change would be different compereesion for different lenght..but I kind of figured out, as long as I stay under 2 hours, the compression is OK..
