Learn the mechanics of film finance from Hollywood Gurus!
Get your questions answered!
Using SKYPE, viewers will send questions via a live chat window to be answered live on camera by Mr. Holt.
This initial free interactive event is being hosted by OnTheSet.biz. The website has been designed to facilitate knowledge sharing between rising semi-pro filmmakers and seasoned pro-filmmakers with experience working day-to-day financing, packaging and producing films. James Holt’s first 90 minute event and soon-to-follow series of live interactive pay-per-view events will leverage OnTheSet.biz and Holt’s extensive list of Hollywood connections.
This seminar is designed to bridge the semi-pro filmmaker with pro-filmmakers that are working day-to-day financing, packaging and producing movies. We are going to connect you with real producers who deal in the indie and studio marketplace as it exists at this exact moment.
This is an unprecedented opportunity to connect live, on-line, and directly with real producers, studio executives, directors, casting agents and "A" level stars who are prominent in the indie and studio worlds as they exist today. With a fast changing financing climate, you will need to know who is doing what, and how, before it changes.
Our relationships are extensive, as you will see when you join. Film schools can only teach you ‘THEORY’, we can teach you the ‘PRACTICAL’ mechanics of film finance and production, using real case studies, with productions either recently completed or happening right now.
For No charge at all you get a front row seat ...This is your chance to ask Jim the questions via a special 90 minute Live Internet Broadcast on how projects are financed, produced and distributed. Its a rare "one-on-one" opportunity for you to ask, learn and connect.
Our next seminar will feature Zak Kadison, Vice President of Production, responsible for the acquisition, development and production of Fox Atomic films. He began his career in the motion picture industry working as an intern for Jerry Bruckheimer Films and Spyglass Entertainment. Shortly thereafter, he was hired at Gold Circle as Creative Executive. Within two years Kadison was promoted to Vice President of Production. After finding and co-producing several films for Gold Circle, Kadison was promoted again in 2006 to Senior Vice President of Production. After four years with Gold Circle, Kadison moved to Fox Atomic.
