Free DVCPRO HD Footage to play with...

Re: Free DVCPRO HD Footage to play with...

It's about time they came out with that. It was talked about on 2-Pop forever and was supposed to have been ready for NAB 2004.

It's supposed to have some stuff on there from Halle Barry (Noah).

Update: After going to the DVD link, I recognized the cover artwork for the DVD. I brushed away a few things on my cluttered desk to reveal that very DVD. I remember getting it a week or so ago, but I (obviously) tossed it aside. Looks like I'll get to check it out sooner than I thought. ::)

You can still use it, there's other stuff on there you can use other than just the final cut project. The cover even has system requirements for PC on it...

Re: Free DVCPRO HD Footage to play with...

there are stills on the disc...

I would upload some, but I wonder if that's blatant copyright violation. Wouldn't want to tick off Panny. If we get the OK from Jan or something I'll post em on up...

Re: Free DVCPRO HD Footage to play with...

Post them and take them down if there's a complaint. It says for non-commercial use only, and posting stills online isn't commercial use. I think panny would want people to see the high res beauty of varicam stills.
