Freaking out. NEED SUGGESTIONS!

Hey guys,

I'm currently freaking out because I have a tripod plate jammed into a tripod head WHILE ATTATCHED to my HVX.

This is a tripod borrowed from my workplace. One of which i've only used once. The plate has jammed, half in half out, and the hvx is screwed into the plate. It will not budge. I have no idea what to do.

Any suggestions?

The tripod head is a Manfrotto 701RC2. I've taken the head apart as much as possible. This thing will not budge.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
 
Well we ended up having to saw off the head. It was loosely screwed on to the camera, so there was just enough space to fit a blade in there. The camera works fine, but i'm pretty pissed.

UGH.
