framerate & pull down

Hi, I need help with this.

I need to know if the frame quantity in a 24fps footage has a variation when i convert it to 23.97fps?


I mean in a 24fps footage, a minute is conformed by 1440 frames, if I convert that footage to 23.97fps, shoul i get more/less frames?

it slows it down a bit, but number of frames remains the same
