Framerate Conversion

So I'm using Vegas 6, and I'll do weddings from time to time. I'm using a DVX100 for my on-foot cam, and a small, Panasonic PGVS120 for my rear, stationary cam.

I would LOVE to shoot in 24 for weddings, but I hate the inconsistency between frame rates (the PVGS120 only does 60i) when I'm cutting back and fourth between cams...

Is there an effective method to converting the 60i footage to 24p without it looking too...whats the word...artificial? That way I could shoot 24 as well on my DVX100....

I know converting the small cam's footage to 24p won't be the end all be all but I can take care of color and contrast, etc, myself.

If you are on a PC, you can download virtualdub. It's a nice program with some VERY powerful tools, and many upgrades available to do amazing things with video. It has a very nice frame-rate converter. In fact, I am rendering about 6 hours of footage today, changing it from 30p shot with the 5D, to 24p.
