I exported this video out from FCP...I used Quicktime conversion - .mov file - High Bandwidth - current frame rate - 2500 kbs - 480x360 - deinterlaced
my question is it looks like it has blur / motion blur....should I have checked the Frame Reordering option or anything else....the quality of the video looks better but it looks like it gained some blur along the line
