Frame Rate?

Okay im no slouch to Sony Vegas, but I'm no genius either.

When you start a timeline of video, lets say 23.976fps to be simple. Is there any way to take a specific clip and drop the frame rate of the specified clip . If the clip was meant to be half film or 12fps, a drag and drop feature would be very cool. If not someone should develop a plug in.

have you tried right clicking on the clip and going to properties and redoing the playback rate of the clip? if you want 12fps...put .400
