Frame Push Effect? and Resizing in AE

1. How would i get on clip to push another to the side, kinda like a dolly moving on both frames at the same speed, but it switched to a different scene? idk if that makes any sense.

Kinda like the "star wars" swipe transition, except the wipe doesn't over lap the clips but uses the second clip to push the first out of the way.

2. How could a resize a clip in AE to fit in a certain shape on another clip. like fitting a clip into a picture frame of another clip etc..


I successfully got the image to play/do what i want in the frame, feathering the image and all.....but i got to cut/mask off alot of it.

Im editing with - Premiere Pro 2.0
CC/ etc in - AE
 
As far as the AE part of your question. Transform, scale. Get it the right size and then put it where you want it.

If your footage moves at all, motion track your frame and apply the data to your shrunk footage.

now for the second part, how exactly would a motion track it, is it an effect or a tool, because i planed on having all the shots still, but if i can get away with a moving shot without extensive AE'ing, that would help tremendously.
