FPC/ P2 Frame Rate Problem

I recently shot a short using the HVX200 and p2 cards, I think in 24p. I'm editing in the latest FCP. When I imported the video some of the files seem to be coming in at 13 frames per/sec. When playing it in the p2 preview window in FCP the frame rate is correct, so the file seems okay. I've tried several different FCP projects but they all import them at the same frame rate. I"m having a feeling this is a common problem but couldn't find info on it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

under preferences, uncheck remove advanced pulldown and duplicate frames.
should do it...
 
Not a known issue in FCP. Unchecking the pulldown removal won't fix this, as there are no 13fps files. I suspect you're reading the file info incorrectly. Specify where exactly you are getting info that says your footage is 13fps.
 
Was the camera was set at 24PN recording 24 frames, if not it records 60 frames in 24P mode. Double check you capture settings. Did you use P2 or HDV.
