Fox HD Broadcast audio stutters

I need to complain, but I wanted some advice on what I should complain about.

I just got into the HDTV, HD cable box thing last week, and everything works and looks great except; I DVRed "Bones" on Fox twice now, and on playback the audio cuts out so bad you can't enjoy the show. This only happens on this show (as far as I know so far), and some (but not all) of the commercials are affected. Other programs on Fox live are OK, like sports.

I suspected a bad DVR disk, but other DVRed shows do not do this, so who do I complain to?

Cable company for bad transmission, or bad DVR; or Fox? any thoughts?

man, beats me, but i was watching Heroes last week in HD and for the 2nd half of the show the dialogue and sfx track went silent, so we got to watch the show with just the score, thank goodness hiro's parts are subtitled, we got what was happening there.

So from my experience it may be a feed issue, what cable company do you have? Time Warner out here does a pretty shoddy job sometimes of setting things up.
