Formatting a letter within a letter

I have a script with a letter within a letter. I'll use

INSERT - THE LETTER

Quote the letter and then​

BACK TO SCENE​

But how do I format the second letter that's quoted within the first? And if anyone can tell me how to do it in Final Draft, for which I'm a noob, please do.

I doubt there's a standard format for it. I'd just put it in the description block:

The letter reads "blah blah blah blah" Inset, quoted in the leter is "blah blah blah blah."

Just be clear about what you're trying to accomplish.
