Formatt Mattebox

I see that the filters load from the bottom, but how do the filters stay in place?
I just got my mattebox from Ebay, you don't even want to know how dumb I
was trying to figure out how to put the mattebox on my camera - I can be such
a dufus sometimes. Yeah, I figured it out.

Are those little silver things on the inside of the filter tray, is that what keeps
the filters in place? Is it a squeeze?

I don't have a filter to try it out yet and I want to make sure what I bought is
all there.

God, I feel like an idiot. Yeah, you should have seen me screw the entire mattebox
into place - oh man.

Hi Charli, you can load them from the top (at least on mine you can), you just have to raise the light shield. The filter holders are tight, made for thin filters, but you can get the thicker filters in there just fine. Yes it's a squeeze fit. That is normal.
