Re: Formatt Matte Box
Yeah.. I spent 2 months figuring how to fix the things then the guys we set the discount up with dropped off the face of the earth.. which is probally a good thing sooner rather than later
So I dont think there will be a discount rather than what you get from EVS, but to be honest with the hodgepodge of adapters you need to make it work it may be better to wait for Bogen to actually fix it with thier new model.

So Bogen is making a DVX-specific Formatt matte box?

I have it under good authority that Formatt in the U.K. has had financial difficulties recently. Apparently, the company is still a going concern, but is undergoing reorganization. Some of the former management and staff are now running things.
Formatt makes excellent products. (Their filters are the best I've used) But this could explain why things have moved so slowly with regards to the Matte Box.
