j Veteran Nov 11, 2004 #1 I have a question for FM-500 owners, The website states that it takes filters that are 1mm thick. 1mm thick? That seems awfully thin! Does that limit the kinds of 4x4 filters that fit inside? Will my tiffen filters fit? how about lee or other brands? -J

B Barry_S Moderator Nov 11, 2004 #2 Re: Formatt FM-500 w/ 4"x4" filters... It should state that 1mm is the minimum thickness. The slots will accept (securely hold) anything from 1-4mm.

Z Zoomforce Guest Nov 11, 2004 #3 Re: Formatt FM-500 w/ 4"x4" filters... Ive used a ton of filters in it.... the only one that had a tight fit was a screwed up tiffen 4x pola filter that was just way to fat... would only fit in tray loaders.
