This might be the wrong forum for this question, but here goes.
I'm gonna be making a short film soon and most of it takes place in the woods. The idea is that the characters are out in the middle of nowhere in the mountains.
I live in Valencia, CA and I'm wondering if anyone else on these forums is in the LA area. I'd like to try and avoid going all the way up to Big Bear to find this location.
Do any of you know of any place a little closer to the city where I could find pine trees and foresty stuff? Thanks for any help!
