Foreign Sales Agents

Hello! I am interested in this aspect of production/fundraising. I have researched the American Film Market a little bit, but I was wondering if anyone knew of any Foreign Sales Agents that would do pre-sales in territories for fundraising purposes. Any website referrals or other information would be greatly appreciated!
